Return & Refund Policy

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us at strikerclubshop@gmail.com or dm the manager on Telegram username — vgrandson6 before the 14-day period expires.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• With all original tags attached
• Returned within 14 days of delivery

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked as final sale
• Customized or personalized products

Email us at strikerclubshop@gmail.com or dm the manager on Telegram username — vgrandson6 with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

• If the item is defective or incorrect: we cover return shipping.
• For change-of-mind returns: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.
