Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days — we will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

We currently ship to customers worldwide.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times: delivery time varies depending on the destination and is estimated between 14 and 30 days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Customers within the European Union are not subject to import duties. For orders shipped outside the EU, all customs fees, tariffs, and taxes imposed upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer.

Strikerclubshop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us directly with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Strikerclubshop is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
